Happy October!
There is less than 2 weeks before the Lexington Race for the Cure!
October 27, 2018
Let's Celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
Register, Donate, Volunteer
An estimated 1 in 8 women and 1 in 1,000 men will be
diagnosed with breast cancer during their lifetime. In 2018, approximately
266,120 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in women, and
2,550 cases will be diagnosed in men in the U.S., according to the American
Cancer Society.
THIS IS
UNACCEPTABLE…This is why Susan G. Komen Kentucky is fighting to find the cures
for breast cancer. However, we can’t do it alone, WE NEED YOUR HELP, JOIN OUR
FIGHT!
Facts like these are the reasons we are all here, and why we race!
We
invite you to join our fight against breast cancer by participating in this
year's Lexington Race for the Cure on October
27, 2018. You can register, donate or volunteer HERE. Come out and see what
Pink Makes Possible!
